It is a semi-automatic machine & these machines have two Platforms. i.e., Operator Platform and Bobbin Platform which moves up and down through High range Motorized Scissor Lift which is controlled by Heavy duty VFD & winding rotation which is controlled by servo system which can give high winding accuracy .These machines having more advantages of un winding option & it can move both the directions, According to set speed, count & other parameter, both Bobbin platform & winding motor will rotate synchronously to make proper winding.

We can set no. of turn counts & time delay’s depends on winding size & total no. of Turns in HMI & it having option for creating recipe, alarm viewing, acknowledgement, manual mode & customized speed synchronization options.
