In big colony, there is peak time for water usage from morning 6 to 8 and evening 6 to 7. As the water stored in to tank then it circulates to the colony with the help of electric water pump.

Water pumps, pumps the water to colony during particular time period which is mention in the HMI.

If colony needs less amount of water any particular time or day then system automatically stop pumping the water after pressure reaches its maximum value.

Float switch is provided into the tank for dry motor run protection. Also, pressure switch to protect pipe line. PLC is used to controls the 3 motor (water pump) and HMI is used to feed run and stop time also stop and run system. With this automation system run on time also reduce wastage of electrical power and water
