Solution:

System contains barcode Scanners at every stage for tracking and a Printer to Print the Label on product For this a Application software also been used here.when printer prints the Barcode label for an Individual Product the required information for Tracebility is given to that label.which make easy to trace and track the product.Each product will be given a unique Barcode Label on it.After Label Attached to the product it is Scanned for Verification of the details given to the barcode Label.

At the production stage, UUT shall be scanned and a Tracking Sheet will be created.This Tracking Sheet shall contain the

customer details
Part Numbers of the Components Used
Stage at which the UUT is in
Number of Test Cycles Completed
Any other details of Interes
This Tracking application shall aid the user to quickly identify the stage of UUT and other details.
