Solution

MIMIC: SCADA screens were edited. New tanks Y4 & Y5 was added along with required diaphram shifting motors and actuator valves.
S7-1512-2PN main PLC controller with ET200SP remote PLC. TIA portal V17 professional software used for programming the PLC.
Remote PLC has four G120 CU240E-2N
Nine DOL starters in PLC are also programmed in SCADA and PLC
All drive motors, DOL and actuator valves are programmed and can be operated through SCADA.
There are two ways to operate all motors and valves either in manual mode or in auto mode.
Auto mode operation involves load cell limits.
Latex tank l8 & l9 load cell added and recipe is also added in PLC and SCADA.
