After Seed processing, seeds come for packing as required Qty, this packing machine will use to pack required qty packs in carton box & send to Tapping & strapping machine. By using Automation system, we can reduce the human dependency & increase Packing capacity.

Solution:

Complete packaging line for packing Seeds, the seed packets are moved to the top load conveyor, where products are counted and grouped & finally product is moved into carton.

It is a fully automatic machine & this machine link directly to FFS/Pouch packing machine, so it can count packets, depends on count stacking will be done with predefined count set in HMI. It having Pneumatic gate mechanism to control the pouches, also vibration mechanism will help to pack pouches in carton properly.

After carton packing it will be sent to weighing machine, which enables proper packing done or not, rejection pusher will push if any carton is underweight, after that move to tapping machine, to tape the carton for final dispatch.

The PLC control combined with touch screen providing user friendly operation and high precision. Machine can finish automatically all processes: measuring, filling, bag making and finished productions conveyance. Automation System sets up automatic alarming protective function, which reduces the power consumption up to the lowest & we can reduce the human dependency at packing & productivity.
