This project is to provide the Automation for Remote Monitoring of Seed Drying Unit using IoT Solution

From the dryer Unit All Temperature and RH devices connected to Data Logger and Data logger connected to PLC Controller then HMS Ewon Gateway communicated through ProfiNet communication to PLC controller.

By using above mentioned configuration IoT based remote monitoring enabled to monitor temperature and humidity of the bins and Data sending to cloud and monitoring remotely in PC, Mobile &Tablet. Also enabled SMS alerts configuration in gateway for alerts in case of over and under temperature and humidity set values set by the operator.

Total 40 no of dryer unit data is monitored using above mentioned system
