Paper plays a key role in our daily life and papers have been used for many years from now. Papers are made with the pulp of the woods, which is an Eco-friendly product. The basic steps of paper Industry are as Follows:

Pulping procedure will be done to separate and clean the fibers.
Refining procedure will be followed after pulping processes.
Dilution process to form a thin fiber mixture.
Formation of fibers on a thin screened
Pressurization to enhance the materials density.
Drying to eliminate the density of materials.
Finally, finishing procedure to provide a suitable surface for usage.

For the above process to work efficiently and accurately a automation process is very usefull. Errors may happen in the manual process. As the whole system has to be maintained at the exact temperature, pressure, steam, flow, etc. If any of the paramters are not met the quality of the product will not be good or is no use for the further process.
