Solution:

In Feed Bag Packing Automation System, this system consists of Pneumatic Valves. Feed is packed according to the weight given in weighing machine. Initially in weighing machine, the required weight is to set and the time delays also set becoz for packing a bag it may take several sec.

HMI is  used to set the certain set point values required for operation of machine. Depends on time setting on HMI the cycle time is set.The weight of the feed bags are displayed in HMI screen. And the no of bags counts is also displayed on HMI.
