This machine manufactures the part of automobile sensor. Hence the precision of the tools is highly recommended. By monitoring its life we can replace it once its life expectancy is over.

This machine consists of electrical items like MCBs, Relays, Tower Lamps, JBs etc. The main electronic equipment is PLC and its input/output modules. For monitoring tool Proxy Sensors were used. There was total 14 machines and each machine programmed with 10 different programs of tool monitoring. In this we have used 3 color lights in Tower Lamp viz Green, Red and Orange. Green lamp indicates that machine is Running, Red for Life Over Alarm and Orange for Pre-alarm. When the machine reaches life-over alarm; it stops automatically.
