Summary:

Wastewater management is to clean and protect water. This means that water must be clean enough so that it can be used by people for General Purpose and washing, and by industry for commercial purposes. It also must be clean enough to release into oceans, lakes, and rivers after it has been used.

Solution:

Waste water from each tank is collected & sent into common reaction tank, in this reaction tank we can measure pH, water pressure, flow & Level which is fully automatic & controlled by PLC. pH electrodes and conductivity electrodes are employed to monitor and control the pH values of liquids, Individual reaction is selected from HMI for each process and accordingly reaction takes place in each tank.

Before batch is started desired inputs are feed into HMI for reaction to take place.3 Different operation/reactions incorporated in the process:

1.  Acid /Alkali Neutralization
2. Chrome reaction
3. Cyanide reaction.

Depends on water we can select the process & according mixing & reaction part will takes place. If reaction is more Alkaline, Acidic substance is added to neutral the waste liquid & in order to neutralize the waste Acid dozing is done in which bursting is done for every 5secs at regular interval unless the liquid is neutralized.

Continuous monitoring pH takes place through sensors, and once the substance is found neutral, batch is stopped and neutralized water is drained to fresh tank.
